Help with checking the status of your work order

In a continued effort to serve you better, we have now made it possible to check the status of the work we are doing for you. This information will be updated regularly.

To check the status, enter either the Seller's or Buyer's last name or the Legal Description.  If you don't know the exact spelling or description, use "%" as a wildcard.

Example: Entering "N%ls%n" in a name field would return "Nelson", "Nelsen", "Nielson", or "Nielsen." Entering "%Lot One%" in the legal descriptions field would return any legal description containing "Lot One".

Once you have submitted the request, you can scroll through the possible matches. You can follow the progress of your work order by the fields that have been initialed.

bulletDate Received: The day a work order is received, it is entered into the system.
bulletAbstracter: When an abstracter pulls the order to begin researching it, she will enter her initials.
bulletTypist: It is then sent to be typed. When the typist begins typing, she enters her initials here.
bulletProof/Assembly: When typing is completed, it is proofed, then assembled.
bulletDelivery Date: Lastly, it is either mailed or delivered and that date is entered.
bulletDeliver to: This is where the abstract will be delivered when it is completed. The information here is entered the day it is received by our office.

If you are unable to find the information you need, please feel free to contact us.
